STRATEGI GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN HEALTHY LIFESTYLE MELALUI PROGRAM LITERASI HIDUP SEHAT
Abstrak
Abstrak : Healthy lifestyle merupakan perilaku yang berkaitan dengan upaya atau kegiatan seseorang untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kesehatannya. Perilaku ini sangat penting ditanamkan sejak usia sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan healthy lifestyle melalui program literasi hidup sehat. Metode penelitian ini berupa penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan prosedur perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek pengembangan penelitian adalah siswa kelas I SDN Rawamangun 05, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan hasilnya siklus I ialah 71,35 % dan siklus II 95,88 %. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa program literasi hidup sehat dapat meningkatkan healthy lifestyle pada siswa kelas I SDN Rawamangun 05, Jakarta Timur.
