Usman Wijaya, Yogi Yulianto, Emon Haryanto ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 http://103.8.12.212:33180/unj/index.php/jpensil/article/view/45042 Sen, 30 Sep 2024 15:23:25 +0700 PLANNING FOR INCREASING LECTURER RESEARCH PRODUCTIVITY http://103.8.12.212:33180/unj/index.php/jpensil/article/view/45757
The World Class University trend in higher education has an impact on the need for planning in the research aspect because the quantity and quality of research are very influential in global university rankings. This research aims to obtain the value of labor productivity on the beam structure and floor plate in home construction using the work sampling method and analyze the comparison of the labor coefficient to the Analysis of Unit Price of Work (AHSP) in 2022. Experimental quantitative research describes this approach, utilizing information gathered through documentation, questionnaires, and participant observation. Data analysis in this research includes Data Uniformity Analysis, Data Sufficiency Analysis, Labor Utilization Rate (LUR), and Spearman Correlation. The findings revealed that the beam concreting job in home construction achieved a labor productivity rate (LUR) of 61.61% and 84.417 kg/person. In the floor plate concreting work, labor productivity reached 98.787 kg/person with a LUR value of 54.10%. Meanwhile, in formwork work, labor productivity reached 3.577 m/person with a LUR value of 53.37%, and in casting work, labor productivity reached 1.287 m/hour with a LUR value of 53.37%. Correlation analysis shows a positive relationship between Labor Utilization Rate and labor coefficient in concreting and formwork works. This indicates that the more efficient the labor, the higher the productivity in carrying out these activities, and the smaller the coefficient value obtained
Mulyadi Sugih Dharsono, Siti Hindun ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 http://103.8.12.212:33180/unj/index.php/jpensil/article/view/44934 Sen, 30 Sep 2024 15:34:39 +0700 RELEVANCE OF BUILDING ENGINEERING EDUCATION CURRICULUM TOWARDS SKKNI BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT COMPETENCIES http://103.8.12.212:33180/unj/index.php/jpensil/article/view/48949
Indonesia's rapidly growing construction industry is a key economic driver, presenting both challenges and opportunities for graduates of the Building Engineering Education Program. Higher education plays a crucial role in developing competent human resources with the relevant knowledge, skills, and expertise to meet industry needs. This study maps the qualifications of technicians and analysts based on the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) in the construction sector and analyzes the alignment of competency units with Building Engineering Education State University of Jakarta course outcomes. The analysis of SKKNI data from 2024 found that out of 71 job levels in the building subclassification, 14 are for technicians or analysts at KKNI levels 4 to 6, but only 10 have detailed SKKNI documents. In the construction management classification, there are 39 job levels, with 16 for technicians/analysts, all with detailed SKKNI documents. The analysis indicates that 11 job levels are relevant to Building Engineering Education course outcomes, while two are not. Specifically, several job levels in both subclassifications are rated from Relevant to Very Relevant. To address curriculum gaps, recommendations include strengthening the existing curriculum and adding new courses. This study aims to provide a foundation for curriculum revitalization, ensuring Building Engineering Education graduates are competitive in the labor market and meet the evolving needs of the construction industry.
Ansheila Rusyda Subiyantari, Abdhy Gazali, Santoso Sri Handoyo, Shilmi Arifah ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 http://103.8.12.212:33180/unj/index.php/jpensil/article/view/48949 Sen, 30 Sep 2024 00:00:00 +0700 RESPONS SEISMIK DI KECAMATAN MUARA BANGKAHULU, KOTA BENGKULU MENGGUNAKAN KONSEP PERAMBATAN GELOMBANG http://103.8.12.212:33180/unj/index.php/jpensil/article/view/45746
This is caused by many factors, including because there are still many people who live below the poverty line, both economically poor and poor in knowledge (human resources). Procurement of toilets (water closets) which also include a septic tank system with a minimum output that is environmentally friendly and of course cost efficient is very necessary to improve public health. Based on the description above, this research was created in order to provide procurement and development of efficient and environmentally friendly septic tanks. This research is very necessary because of the discovery of an efficient alternative material by using used drums which can be used as septic tanks in Lampung, but it has not deepened the issue of waste output that is safe for the environment.
