The Minister of Education and Culture initiated the Independent Learning-Independent Campus Program (MBKM) in 2020 to equip graduates with the skills to meet global challenges. However, since its inception at universities, the health study program curriculum has struggled to align with this policy. This study investigates the MBKM's implementation within the health study program curriculum. A literature review was conducted, sourcing material from databases such as PubMed, Science Direct, Google Scholar, and Worldcat, focusing on literature published from 2020 to 2024 in both Indonesian and English with full-text availability. The literature review aimed to provide a thorough understanding of the subject, with inclusion and exclusion criteria ensuring the relevance and integrity of the literature. The findings reveal that several health study programs have adopted the Independent Learning-Independent Campus Program, noting improvements in students' hard and soft skills in preparation for employment. Nonetheless, challenges persist in the Independent Learning-Independent Campus Program execution, including inadequate preparedness for learning, lecturer/facilitator involvement, and a need for more detailed information on MBKM Campus Program's implementation.
2024-08-31T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Krisna Siska Septiana, Ari Indra Susanti, Hadi Susiarno, Ela Nurfitriyani http://103.8.12.212:33180/unj/index.php/jtp/article/view/48384 The Influence of Ethical Leadership, Teacher Capacity Building, and School Culture on the Performance of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Teachers 2024-09-20T20:15:33+07:00 Rusydi Ananda rusydiananda@uinsu.ac.id Sugeng Sukoco sugengsukoco0606@gmail.com Khairuddin khairuddin@uinsu.ac.id
This research is based on problems related to teacher performance seen from the perspective of the influence of ethical leadership, teacher capacity building, and school culture. This study aims to find out the extent to which Internet Self-Efficacy (ISE) of teachers affects learning innovation in the constructivist curriculum and the extent to which Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) affects teachers in making learning innovations in the constructivist curriculum. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire filled out by 97 junior high school teachers in Central Java who implemented a constructivist curriculum. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it was found that in the condition that teachers have a high level of Internet self-efficacy, self-regulated learning (SRL) has a significant effect on the learning innovations that are carried out by teachers. Another condition is the influence of SRL with low teacher ISE on teacher learning innovation. In the condition of low self-efficacy levels, SRL indicators of metacognitive skills, time management, and environmental settings did not have a significant effect on teachers' learning innovation. These findings indicate that teachers with high levels of self-regulated learning (SRL) and internet self-efficacy tend to be more innovative in implementing teaching methods that are in accordance with the principles of constructivism. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing teachers' self-regulated learning (SRL) and internet self-efficacy skills through continuous training and professional development programs to improve the quality of teaching in constructivist curricula.
2024-08-31T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Eka budhi santosa, Fatma Sukmawati, Ratna Juwita, Relly Prihatin, Budi Tri Cahyono, Suparmi http://103.8.12.212:33180/unj/index.php/jtp/article/view/45597 Outdoor Learning Methods on the Ability to Write Free Poetry in Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Malay-Indonesian Study Program Students South Korea 2024-09-20T20:15:54+07:00 Syarifuddin Tundreng tundreng.syarifuddin@gmail.com Agus Sulaeman agus.sulaeman@gmail.com Kim Dong Hoon kimdonghoon@gmail.com Eko Putra ekoputra@gmail.com Agus Rofi’i agusrofi@gmail.com
This study aims to determine the effect of using outdoor learning methods on the ability to write free poetry in Audio Visual A1 and A2 classes of Malay-Indonesian. The problem identified is the lack of suitable digital tools to support interactive learning in these subjects, which often rely on hands-on experience and active participation. To solve this problem, this study developed and implemented Moodle-based e-learning media to enhance student understanding and engagement in Practical Work and Entrepreneurship education. The research objective was to assess the effectiveness of this e-learning media in improving students' learning outcomes compared to traditional learning methods. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method, involving two groups of students: an experimental group that used Moodle-based e-learning media and a control group that did not receive any additional digital learning support. Data were collected over a period of six months, using pretests and posttests, with statistical analysis conducted via Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney tests. The results of the study showed significant improvements in the experimental group, with both statistical tests yielding significance values (sig) less than 0.05. These findings highlight the positive impact of Moodle-based e-learning media on students' comprehension of Practical Work and Entrepreneurship. In conclusion, the development and implementation of Moodle-based e-learning media proved to be an effective solution for enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes, particularly in the context of distance learning during the pandemic.
