Abstract

The article entitled "Website document procedure for cancellation of Chinese language
kai tickets for Chinese tourists" is the result of student practical work at PT KAI
(Persero) Daop 5 Purwokerto. The purpose of this paper is to overcome the obstacles
experienced by PT KAI in providing ticket cancellation information to Chinese tourists.
In this writing, the writer uses 3 methods of data collection, namely: interview method,
literature study, and internet browsing. In the process of making this Chinese website,
the author uses communicative translation methods and amplification translation
techniques. The author chooses communicative translation so that the translation
results are more easily understood by the target language readers. The result of this work practice is the Chinese language KAI ticket cancellation document website. It is
hoped that this website will make it easier for Chinese tourists to get information about
the procedure for canceling train tickets so that they can increase interest and attraction
for Chinese tourists to use rail transportation services.
