The Scientific Journal of Primary School Teacher Education (JIPGSD) publishes all its articles in a fully open access format. The scientific community and the general public have free, unlimited, and immediate access to all content published in the Scientific Journal of Primary School Teacher Education (JIPGSD) as soon as it is published on the Internet. This means that the Scientific Journal of Primary School Teacher Education (JIPGSD) does not receive any revenue from the sale of subscriptions to print or view online versions of its journals or from charging "pay-per-view" fees. Submissions to the Scientific Journal of Primary School Teacher Education (JIPGSD) are free of charge. APC is paid when the editor states that the article is accepted for further processing.

The first Jurnal Ilmiah Pendidikan Guru Sekolah dasar (JIPGSD) is published on print version. Starting in 2015, JURNAL ILMIAH PGSD published on page  http://journal.unj.ac.id/unj/index.php/pgsd and under the supervision of LPPM UNJ.
