Abstrak

This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of e-modules in the Interior Design of Buildings subject at SMK Negeri 56 Jakarta. The method used is the ADDIE development model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The initial stage of this research involved collecting data through needs analysis, product validation tests by experts, and limited trials to determine user value for the developed product. The research subjects consisted of two eleventh-grade classes, with one class using the e-module (experimental group) and the other class using conventional teaching materials (control group). The material validators rated the electronic module as very feasible with a percentage of 83.59%, and the media validators rated it as very feasible with a percentage of 86.67%. Meanwhile, user assessments of the electronic module indicated 82% in the very good category. The analysis results showed that the use of e-modules significantly improved student learning outcomes compared to conventional methods. Based on the feasibility and limited trial results, it can be concluded that the electronic module for the Interior Design of Buildings subject can be used for learning in the Building Modeling and Information Design Department at SMK Negeri 56 Jakarta. The effectiveness test results through limited pretest and posttest trials showed a higher increase in the experimental group, with an average posttest score of 85.5 compared to 75.8 in the control group. These findings indicate that integrating technology into education, particularly through e-modules, has great potential to improve the quality of learning and achieve better educational goals. Interactive and flexible e-modules provide a more enjoyable and effective learning experience. This research contributes to improving the quality of learning in vocational high schools and recommends the broader use of e-modules in the educational curriculum
